Our team
Thane Joske – Founder & CEO
Thane is the owner and founder of both Win Work 360 and sister company Three PM. With 25+ years in marketing, public relations, bid management and strategic business development, Thane has secured and retained thousands of high-value contracts across social and affordable housing, defence, PPPs, health, disability, FM, infrastructure, energy, and more.
Thane’s background in marketing, public relations, bid management and business development delivers the perfect skill set needed to win bids.
A natural problem solver, Thane’s curiosity and creativity, coupled with her passion, adaptive mindset and drive for success, delivers the ultimate work winning skill set. Her commercial nous and experience across each phase of the BD lifecycle enables her to quickly engage and interpret business strategy in response to client need and market demand.
Thane is a communicator. Her strength is the ability to translate technical content and simplify the complex. Thane is an influencer. She manages internal teams to ensure information is delivered on time and consistent with client objectives.
Digby + Frankie – Barking Officers
Digby and Frankie are our Chief Barking Officers. Passionate communicators, their specialist skills include welcoming clients to the office, providing security, monitoring the pantry for snacks, and ensuring staff wellbeing through regular pats and treats. When not busy at work supervising the Win Work 360 team, they are happiest running on the beach or in the bush at Anglesea.
Naomi Boyson – Communications & BD Specialist
Naomi is a seasoned strategist and tenacious business developer with 25+ years’ experience in professional services across not-for-profit, corporate, and agency settings. She excels at building robust sales and marketing roadmaps, creating feasibility assessments, and crafting persuasive proposals that secure both new contracts and strong client loyalty. Through her creative thinking, relationship-building expertise, and end-to-end communications focus, Naomi empowers clients to expand sustainably, overcome challenges, and deliver lasting impact.
Jayme Jenkins – Designer & Proposal Coordinator
Jayme refines unwieldy documents into polished, visually engaging submissions that elevate each client’s professional image. Her attention to detail ensures timely, cohesive proposals that highlight competitive advantages and help clients stand out in crowded markets.
By combining graphic design expertise with smooth project coordination, Jayme boosts brand impact and keeps your business on track for enduring success.
Jemma Wilson – Junior Consultant
Currently pursuing a Master of Laws and holding a BA (Hons) in International Relations, Jemma brings a passion for communication and journalistic instincts. She applies her writing and editing talents to produce persuasive materials that captivate audiences and highlight client value. A creative thinker, her attention to detail and natural curiosity fosters trust and delivers service excellence.
